How to get your little ones to clean their rooms in 15 minutes or less....

Tired of messy rooms? Want to know the Reed secret to getting a room like this?

Go get your vacuum.

Make sure your kids see you with it but don't say anything.

Then go up the stairs/down the hall to their room.

Plug in and turn on.

Your little ones knowing they have a messy room and tinkerbell, batman or woody may be on their floor instantly appear.

Turn off vacuum and sayvit will be back oncin 15 minutes for good.

This is the result of asking nicely throughout thenday for my little cutiesvto pick up their rooms. Who knew turning on vacuum could be so effective. They even made their beds!!!

Reddit Gifts

I'm sure may have heard of Reddit or Reddit gifts before but it really is good fun and you should join if you haven't already.

Your matched to a Secret person and they have info that you provide. Gifts are themedlike Halloween, zombid, nfl, secret Santa. I had such a great time shopping for my person in Secret Santa and letting them have things that fit what they loved.

I recieved a Doctor Who cookbook. Its interesting and has food that my kids will definetly eat dressed up in fun ways. I've only watched a few episodes so far thanks to hearing about Dr. Who through all the Reddit addicts. How I have missed watching this show for so long is beyond me. I love British shows and sci-fi so really how I never heard of the Doctor is beyond me.

Anyways if you haven't joined give it a go. The do international exchanges also. How fun to be able to recieve things from other countries!

New Years Day 2014

I hope everyone had a great New Years yesterday! We rang in at midnight being asleep. A little one not feeling well will do that to you in conjunction of a friend canceling plans we had. Next Year, we plan to have reservations for one of the hotspots downtown and really enjoy the night although we did enjoy sleeping ;)

Our day was filled with blankets, pillows, nerf guns and reminders of our cups runneth over. I love my boys and girl so much! We rented Turbo and it was a fantastic kids movie that had us all laughing.

For dinner, my husband cooked a delicious Kentucky ham! We made mash potatoes, cajun rice and blackeyes, homemade applesauce. Dessert was a yummy peach pie.

I can hardly wait for all the things in store for us this year. My baby will be turning 4! My husband will officially be a medic and so many more surprises are in store :)
